	Overall Rating: About the Reviewer: Age: 30 - 49 Cruise Experience: 2 - 3 cruises Traveler Type: Group Stateroom Type: Oceanview Lovely Cruise by Jan C. from Jacksonville, Florida Sailing date: Nov 2006 Pros: Service was Excellent Cons: Air Conditioning didn't work well The ship is brand new and just lovely...it is also quite large, holding over 3700 people. The tours were good, except the one to Tunis...where women especially got inunandated by the sellers who demanded you purchase their products. Ship Details: Ship Quality The layout is good. I had no trouble finding my way around. Everything is quite clean. The choices of decor are lovely...Italian in style, which make sense in that this is an Italian cruise line. Dining/Food The food in the dining room is wonderful, but the buffet areas are not as good. Again, the only problem was the dining room was too warm. Stateroom Quality There is plenty of room in your cabin. The bathroom and shower are ample in size; both of us could be in there at the same time. The bed was quite comfortable, and I have a bad back. Again, the only problem was the air conditioning...even in November it was too hot! No television channels of worth other than BBC World News. Ship Staff Quality The staff will do anything for you! Our cabin steward and the people who served us at dinner and basically anywhere on the ship were just great. These young people were quite smart, able to communicate in 5 languages, and make you feel quite at home. Entertainment & Activities The lounge acts, to me, were better than the people who performed in the theatre...although that got better as each night progressed.
