	Overall Rating: About the Reviewer: Age: 30 - 49 Cruise Experience: 2 - 3 cruises Traveler Type: Family w/young children Stateroom Type: Inside Will never go back or recommend it! by A Traveler from Miami, FL Sailing date: Dec 2009 Pros: Nice looking boat, with great facilities, some staff, nice last-night show Cons: Smallest rooms, horrible pluming (toilets dont flush!), excessive charges on bill I have been with my family in 3 cruises in the last 2 years. This one was the worse experience we ever had. - Excessive charges -- they even add $12 per day per person to your bill without even asking you! and when you complained they say that that money to cover the service we received!!! - Also - Ship Details: Ship Quality Bad pluming -- we had to call maintenance like 10 times to fix our toilet Dining/Food 10+ restaurants, but only 3 are included, and with actually 2 menus, the rest (and the best restaurants cost extra ... from $15 to $35 per person). prepare to pay over $2 per soda or any drinks besides water, tea, coffee and milk. Stateroom Quality This ship has the smallest interior cabin we have ever been in (as compared to Carnival's & Disney's) -- very uncomfortable setup. Ship Staff Quality room service & restaurant people were nice.
